Press Release: Reed Release Second Television Ad Addressing Economic Growth

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

JASPER, Alabama (May 10, 2010) – As a follow-up to his first television ad, today, Greg Reed released his second television spot covering the main issue of the election – boosting the economy, protecting jobs and bringing new growth to the area.  The ad will play in Jefferson, Tuscaloosa, and Walker Counties along with coverage for all of north central Alabama, including Winston County, via broadcast television.  Upon the release, Greg Reed had the following to say:

“Out of all the issues and challenges facing our great state and its industrious, hard-working people, revving the engines of economic growth is by far the most important issue.  After these few tough years of economic recession, it is time to turn the page and start a new era of economic prosperity in Alabama.  We possess all the necessary tools and attributes needed to turn our economy around.  Making sure that government plays the roll of ‘helper’ and not ‘hinderer’ will be my focus once in the state senate.

The ad can be viewed online directly at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fCxgimFLTSw.

Mr. Reed is seeking the Senate seat that is comprised of all of Walker and parts of Tuscaloosa, Winston and Jefferson Counties.
